Highland Wide Local Development Plan
The Highland Council's Highland Wide Local Development Plan is out for consultation until 5pm on 3 December 2010. The proposed plan will contain the following:
- A vision – what the Highlands could be in 20 years.
- A spatial strategy – where development could go.
- Development management policies – policies to help decide planning applications.
- A proposals map – showing what type of development could happen and where.
The Plan and related documents will be added to this page shortly, or you can view them on the Highland Council's website here.
Having read the plan there is nothing in that relates specifically to Strathpeffer, although of course development generally in our part of the Highlands is of great interest.
